Our goal is to raise the highest pedigree huacaya alpacas as evidenced by outstanding pedigrees, elite histograms and consistent ribbon winners in the largest alpaca shows. We participate in the ARI EPD program and have our fiber certified sorted to further assist us in our breeding program and maximize our fleece profits. These are the animals in any industry that are in the greatest demand from a business standpoint.
We began by infusing the density of Accoyo and Hemingway stock into both white and colored Peruvian and Chilean dams with great success. You may notice that the majority of our herd is at least 1/2 Accoyo. Then we searched for similar studs that could give us fineness. Numerous shearers have commented on the density and fineness of our fleeces.
Daryl quit his corporate job and became a FT alpaca rancher in 2007. He spent over 3 years on the AOBA Judge Training and Certification Committee until 2/2009. He especially enjoys helping others start new ranches. Ruthie retired in 2008 to ranching.
We offer up to 36- month interest-free financing, discounts on multiple alpacas and lifetime 50% off listed stud fees for females owned by the original purchasers.
